Clinical Project Manager
The Clinical Project Manager will be responsible for the following :
•Oversee all aspects of trial conduct from Study Start-up through Close-Out
•Manager project per the scope of work and within the contracted budget
•Ensure project is conducted in concert with UBC SOPs
•Develop plans to achieve contracted milestones (i.e., Project Plan, Clinical Management Plan)
•Prepare project timelines and PM related deliverables
•Identify percent complete units for monthly revenue recognition meeting with Finance as well as forecast future unit completion
•Serve as UBC primary contact with sponsor
•Lead internal project and client conferences
•Focal point for resolving project team member questions
•Ensure case reports forms meet project’s needs
•Negotiate investigator budgets and assist with remediation of contract language
•Present study information at bid defenses, client meetings and UBC monthly project review meetings
•Coordinate investigator meeting
•May be asked to assist in protocol development and/or patient/subject consent form
•Coordinate and ensure maintenance of Trial Master File
•May be asked to perform CSS and CRA duties as needed
•Other duties as assigned by management
•College graduate
•2 to 3 years direct project management experience at a CRo or ~2 years as a UBC Project Manager I or ~5 or more years of clinical trial experience
•Very good supervisory skills
•Very good interpersonal skills
•Very good presentation skills
•Very good knowledge of regulatory requirements for trial conduct (i.e. Good Clinical Practice, ICH guidelines, etc.)
•10% travel.
