We are seeking an enthusiastic Senior Director, Project Management to join the team!
The Senior Director, Project Management will supervise and manage large global projects for Phase II and Phase III clinical trials. The incumbent should be able to manage large full service projects. Some specific responsibilities may include relationship management of assigned clients, recommend course of action regarding client management issues and implement plan, provide financial review and oversight for clients to meet company realization targets, ensure quality of deliverables. The Senior Director will also provide consultation regarding the drug development process and strategy and may serve as team member on operation or steering committees with strategic partners. The Senior Director will have line management responsibilities and will be involved in the conduct of Clinical Research Trials.
Qualifications:
-BS/BA Degree in a life sciences or related field advanced degree preferred
- 15 years of clinical research experience
- 7 years of project management experience
- Professional Project Management Accreditation is a plus
- Travel will be required for this position less than 25/30% Bid Defenses, Client or Investigator Meetings
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results to the appropriate quality and timeline metrics
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Good team leadership skills
Salary is commensurate with level of experience. Comes with executive package and 22.5 % earned bonus potential. Relocation assistance will be provided and interview expenses are covered.
