Based on a steady increase of our client portfolio, we are looking to enlarge our business development team with a highly motivated Client Relations Associate.
Responsibilities :
Analysis of the clients' Requests for Proposals (RFP's) regarding the requested services, time frame and other important aspects
Coordination of workload estimations from individual individual functional heads
Development of price calculations using the estimates received from the functional heads and generation of the corresponding cost calculations
Generation/Preparation of proposals using general text modules and customization
Review of the final offers with projects managers and management board
Correspondence with clients
Organisation of proposal defense meetings
Analysis and documentation of the proposal outcomes after discussion with management and functional experts
Maintenance of contract data base.
Requirements :
Managerial / commercial background in economics with a college or university degree or equivalent experience in project management function within clinical development
Proficiency in English in both oral and written form
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a CRO
Several years of experience as proposal writer in the CRO industry
