Senior Proposals Writer / Proposals Manager (f/m)

Responsibilities :

Coordination and generation of proposals and contracts for various projects.

Collection, review and assessment of the required information to prepare high quality proposals

Development of clinical trial budgets and service descriptions based on the input from functional heads, tailoring to the clients' needs

Preparation of changes in scope and revisions of budgets according to clients' requests

Follow-up with client and organization of proposal defense meetings

Analysis and documentation of the proposal outcomes after discussion with management and functional experts

Qualifications

Preferable Bachelor with focus in economics or science or equivalent business experience

Fluent in written and spoken English

Over 3 years experience as proposal writer or project manager in the CRO and/or pharmaceutical industry
