An innovative Clinical Research Organisation (CRO) has an immediate opportunity for a Group Manager, Clinical Data Management (CDM).
Reporting into the Director, Clinical Data Management, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing functional, administrative and financial oversight for allocated projects and may on occasion be required to perform the Project Management role for studies without clinical services or the Franchise Manager for allocated clients.
The successful candidate will be able to effectively apply knowledge and skills in a highly organised manner utilising adherence to regulatory guidelines, SOPs and client expectations and demonstrate a strong customer focus, effective communication skills, and effective analytical problem-solving skills.
The Group Manager is the direct supervisor for a group of CDM personnel, with responsibility for undertaking a range of activities including staff development and performance management.
The successful candidate will be educated to degree level in a life science discipline, have six years relevant experience in a data management role, or related role within a clinical environment, and have proven supervisory experience.
