To ensure that systems with procedures that assure the quality of every aspect of clinical trials conducted by the company are implemented; with particular reference to a specific clinical programme.
To ensure that Company systems and procedures comply with relevant standards, guidelines and regulations
including, but not limited to, the European Directive on clinical trials (2001/20/EC), the European Directive on Good Clinical Practice (2005/28/EC) and ICH guidance on GCP
