A rare field based CRA role within a top ten pharma company has become available. The Company has a major presense in notable theraputic areas, with a market spanning 5 continents this global leader specialises in various areas of expertise, They are looking for an experienced CRA to join their team
Main Duties
- Assist with the identification and selection of investigators to run clinical trials in compliance with ICH GCP.
- Impliment trial set-up; collecting and ensuring that essential documents required for trial initiation are of high quality.
- -Assist with trial initiations, ensuring all trial staff are fully trained in all aspects of the protocol, Investigational product and ICH GCP.
- Monitor allocated trial centres, ensuring that all aspects of the work undertaken by the Investigators and Research Staff are conducted, recorded and reported in accordance with the protocol, ICH GCP, appropriate company SOPs and current regulations.
- Perform closure visits at the end of the trial, ensuring that all documentation is archived in accordance with SOPs and ICH GCP.
- Maintain excellent working relationships with research staff and internal personnel.
- Throughout the trial, track and report the progress, monitor all financial aspects and maintain a good working knowledge of the changing regulatory environment and company SOPs.
Experience Required:
Educated to degree level (BSc or other appropriate degree) or able to demonstrate other relevant experience (e.g nursing);
Experience of trial monitering needed
Must be a team player with motivation and enthusiasm to join the existing team dedicated to ensuring the UK clinical research is run successfully and to high standards;
Must be enthusiastic and motivated to drive forward studies in set-up to avoid undue delays.
