World leading Pharmaceutical Company looking for a CRA to support their Clinical Operations Department. This is an ideal opportunity for a candidate based on or near the M4 corridor who is experienced in monitoring studies in the UK and looking to join a well known and established Pharma company

Field based Clinical Research Associate (West London, CRA, Pharma)
An opportunity has arisen for a Field based Clinical Research Associate within our clients Clinical Operations Department. The position will be Field based on or near the M4 corridor and will involve responsibility for the monitoring of trial sites throughout London, Surrey, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire.
The Clinical Operations department functions to support the UK affiliate market and work ranges from phase II – IV. At present the therapy areas involved are oncology, cardiovascular and diabetes.
Responsibilities will include;
Individuals within this role will perform routine clinical trial site visits to ensure that the rights and well being of human subjects are protected; the reported trial data are accurate, complete, and verifiable from source documents; and that the conduct of the trial is in accordance with the currently approved protocol/amendment(s), SOPs, GCP/ICH Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements in order to meet the clinical trial objectives of the clinical operations department.
Candidates should have appropriate qualifications (e.g. nurse or life science graduate) and will need to demonstrate the following:
Knowledge of ICH-GCP and other regulations in force
A concern for quality, attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Good computer skills (WORD, Excel and e-mail are essential)
Proactive contribution towards the team by being a flexible team player
The Position requires approximately 60% travel (up to 80% during peak times) and there may be requirements to travel outside the currently defined area in the future.
