CRA Phase I, Clinical Operations South East
This is a excellent opportunity to join a growing pharmaceutical company, based in the South East, that operates on an international level. This is an exciting Phase I opportunity, offering the opportunity to be involved with more than just monitoring! Ideal for those who are interested in early drug development.
Role Description:
*To undertake monitoring of Phase I clinical study sites, participating in sponsored studies in accordance with ICH/GCP guidelines and SOPs/WPs and to ensure quality of data from such sites are acceptable and suitable for regulatory submission
Key Duties and Responsibilites:
*The CRA, who will report to Senior Project Manager or Director, will undertake primary monitoring of Phase I sites, in accordance with current ICH/GCP guidelines, local regulatory requirements and SOPs/WPs.
*The studies will all be Phase I. All site co-ordination activities will also be undertaken including drug accountability and data resolution and the CRA will assist the site in Ethics Committee submissions and preparation of informed consent forms.
*The CRA will be responsible for the quality of the data for those sites to which he or she is assigned as monitor or co-monitor.
*The CRA may work in UK or other European countries .
*The CRA will also participate in Group activities including revision of SOPs.
Requirements Experience and Qualifications:
*Science Graduate
*Potential candidates will ideally have good Phase I and monitoring experience as a CRA, 1-2 years, however CTAs with 18 months plus experience may be considered.
*Candidates must be willing to travel as position will involve travel to study sites throughout UK and Europe.
*Candidates will have full understanding of current ICH/GCP guidelines.
