Our Client, a world leading Biopharmaceutical Product Organisation is looking for a Java Programmer to join their focused and established Clinical team based in Manchester.
Job Title
Temporary Java Programmer
Background
As a Java Programmer you will Report to the Software Development Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Train in and adhere to all SOPs relating to the IT systems development quality system within the organisation.
- Develop application software to specifications provided by the software development project manager within the systems development quality system framework.
- Write and implement test scripts for internally developed software.
- Liaise with the Test Coordinator to ensure that the test plan for each stage of testing is adhered to and completed.
- Implement changes to software in accordance with Change Control procedure.
- Liaise with the Development Project Manager in the provision of ongoing support for software developed in-house.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience working with Java (preferably Java 5). JSP, JavaScript, UML, STRUTS.
- Experience of Websphere community edition, AJAX and JUNIT.
