Job Summary:
This is a position within a small team (Clinical Trial Administration 'CTA') based in Cambridge The role will require you to learn quickly, be adaptable and be able to communicate with people throughout Europe using a variety of methods. You must also be capable of working to deadlines whilst maintaining your attention to detail.
The role is primarily administrative but there is scope of develop other skills and to learn more about and the industry. The role is primarily involved in studies which have an outsourced component and will mean you mainly being involved during the study start up phase of the Clinical Trial.
Your main activities will include the following:
* Applying for, checking and tracking Clinical Trials Insurance
* Entering study data into systems and ensuring accuracy of such data
* Liaising with study teams and external vendors
* Supporting the CTA team and European CTA network with regard to the creation of common processes and business practices
* Participating as an integral part of the team and liaising with other members of the organization both locally and regionally
