PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Provides assistance to the project manager and project team and works to ensure quality, efficiency and improved profitability.
JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Functions as primary contact to sponsors on assigned projects in the maintenance phase
Assists in the development of project related documentation.
Prepares project summary reports and analyses as needed.
Assists with monitoring the quality within projects/departments.
Assists callers to the IVRS help desk.
Other responsibilities may be assigned as required
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Background in medicine, science or other relevant discipline is desireable
Minimum of two years experience in IVRS or equivalent or relevant industry
Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks and timelines.
Ability to prioritise tasks and delegate workload
Ability to liaise professionally with clients and system users.
Foreign language skills desirable.
