To provide medical information with high quality customer service, including researching and responding to inquiries and documenting appropriately according to company and project guidelines. May also be responsible for identifying and recording adverse events and product complaints, as well as processing fulfillment.

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

.Respond to phone and/or internet inquiries, provide customer service
.Document call information according to protocol
.Identify and record adverse events and product complaints
.Research inquiries in approved client resources and update project protocol; process fulfillment; provide on-call beeper coverage
.Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures including client products, SOPs, protocols, GCPs, and FDA regulations
.Maintain open lines of communication with internal and external customers
.Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

.BSN or Associates Degree in Nursing
.RN (Preferred)
.One year nursing experience or medical information experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILTIES:

.Verbal and Written Communication skills
.Basic computer skills
.Typing skills
.Ability to interpret medical literature
.Good interpersonal skills and ability to get along with others
.Organizational skills
.Time Management skills
.Initiative
