Background
Due to expansion, our client is looking to recruit a GMC registered doctor/Clinical Research Physician to provide the necessary clinical support to project teams on medical affairs and input into company activities to ensure that clinical research studies are conducted according to the highest ethical principles and in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be required to follow the clinical research protocol and comply with ICH/GCP (International Committee on Harmonisation-Good Clinical Practice) guidelines at all times, plus record all data relating to the study accurately. They will need to establish and maintain relationships with local GPs and Consultants with regard to patient information and medical affairs. Representing the organisation to sponsors and representatives will be a major part of the role.
Please note - this a fully commercial role. This opportunity is not suited for candidates looking for an NHS role.
Qualifications and Experience
- Must be Fully GMC registered (limited registration candidates WILL NOT be considered).- Proven post qualification experience- Must have UK experience in either Clinical Research or Hospital setting- A broad range of general medicine is required- It is essential that you have excellent communication skills, with a perfect command of English
