Job Summary
Flame Pharma are currently working with one of the largest Clinical Research Organisations in the world to recruit a Clinical Lead.
The primary role of the Clinical Lead will be to manage clinical monitoring activities, and to liaise with clinical project management and the sponsor (if appropriate) to ensure that the clinical project management deliverables are met.

They are now working with Flame Pharma to recruit a Clinical Lead.
Key Responsibilities
• Directing a clinical project team• Early recognition of areas of potential problems and formulate contingency plans• Evaluating and identifying resourcing needs and provide performance feedback as appropriate• Organising and participating in client, investigator and team meetings• Identifying and facilitating study training needs• Review of visit reports• Monitoring clinical study timelines and patient recruitment to ensure successful outcome of the clinical project• May be required to monitor site(s) as per client or clinical project request• Maintaining and assuring quality of work generated• Continually monitoring budget to ensure clinical project milestones and budget are achieved• Identifying changes in scope and liaising with Clinical Project Manager• Compiling monthly reports in a timely manner• Proactively ensuring that all invoicing is completed in a timely manner• Effectively communicating with internal and external customers as well as third party vendors.
Qualifications and Experience
• Education: Degree in a life science, nursing qualification or relevant experience. • Extensive experience in clinical research including proven experience in coordinating clinical trials (Senior Clinical Research Associate experience is ideal)• Possess strong negotiation, diplomacy, team leadership skills and excellent organisational ability• Ability to motivate both individuals and a team• Excellent English, written and oral communication skills in addition to local language• Ability to complete tasks in an accurate, timely manner and effectively manage multiple tasks• Ability to identify and address issues proactively in a timely manner• Financial understanding and ability to manage a budget• Ability to take initiative, work independently and delegate• Accountability for all assigned tasks.BenefitsThis represents a challenging career with a lot of responsibility and excellent opportunities for progression.
