Our client is a leading global CRO that provides a comprehensive range of services in Phase I-IV clinical trials to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and device industries. They require an Investigator and Feasibility Database Manager in Europe to maintain and develop further the company's investigator database and facilitate its integration with other databases within the company. He/she will also support Feasibility Managers/Associates in development of electronic surveys.
JOB ROLE: The Investigator & Feasibility Database Manager may be based in any of the company's European offices.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES include:
�Maintaining the Company investigator database.
�Coordinating workload and workflow of administrators.
�Monitoring data entry quality and quantity.
�Liaising with Clinical Operations representatives to maintain constant flow of information from clinical studies into the investigator database.
�Liaising with Corporate Training Department to facilitate training of all users and administrators
�Integrating the database with other Company systems.
�Liaising with other functional groups to identify synergies and potential data-sources.
�Actively participating in the database development initiatives by facilitating input from various functional groups.
�Setting-up electronic feasibility surveys in cooperation with respective feasibility managers/associates
�Analysing functionality and efficiency of survey tools to support feasibility group
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
�Background preferably in medicine, science or other relevant discipline with significant experience in set-up and administration of databases.
�Highly developed planning and organisational skills.
�Highly developed computer skills.
�Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
�Highly developed analytical skills and attention to detail.
�Excellent teamwork ability
