Requirements
The Manager, Programming is responsible for supervisory and management functions of the programming staff within the Department of Biostatistics. This includes hiring, training, mentoring and resourcing of staff. Also, responsible for tracking project timelines across Biostatistics for effectively hiring and resourcing staff on projects. Must effectively communicate priorities and work direction to complete assigned tasks on time and within budget, furthermore assist Biostatistics with developing tools and techniques for improving process efficiencies.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
.Bachelor's degree in biological, statistical or computer science area (preferred)
.Masters of Science - (desired)
.Five or more years of clinical research or related experience. This should include SAS programming. Supervisory experience is required
