Oracle Clinical Support (m/f)
It is a full-time position with a fixed term 6 month contract. This position will be office-based near Strasbourg.
Job duties:
International User Support in the use of Oracle Clinical, Remote Data Capture and Thesaurus Management System.
Problem analysis, documentation and resolution
Koordination of the different support disciplines
User Account Management
Support for Project Work with regard to patches and enhancements of the abovementioned systems, specifically with respect to Computer Validation, i.e.:
Development of User Requirements, Test Cases
Execution of Test Cases
Development of User Manuals and Training Materials
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of Information Systems
Knowledge of relational database management systems
Excellent knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL
Excellent knowledge of Oracle Clinical, Remote Data Capture and Thesaurus Management System
Expert knowledge in Clinical Data Structures and Data Management Processes
Expert knowledge in Computer Validation of large international applications
Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
Proficient in English and German (verbal and written)
Analytical and team oriented character
