The RS (Resourcing Solutions) department of Chiltern acts in a similar way to that of a staffing solutions provider. The department is currently seeking a Team Leader/Line Manager to work for our client, a Top 10 Pharma company at their offices in Windlesham, Surrey (near Ascot). You would be permanently employed by Chiltern and seconded to my client on a long term rolling contract basis (12 months initially).
In this role you would provide leadership and people management for a team of Drug Safety Associates/Case Managers, line management experience is essential.
Job Primary Functions
• Lead, motivate and work with the Regional Centre case management group members to provide them with appropriate objectives/personal development plans/career opportunities.
• Ensure optimal resource and workload management within the Regional Centre case management group.
• Recruit Drug Safety Associate and contractors ensuring they are appropriately trained and accredited to perform all activities required of the role.
This is predominantly a line management position rather than a technical Pharmacovigilance role.
Job Qualifications
• Bachelors degree (or higher) in a health care-related or life science field
• Line management experience
• Knowledge and understanding of Global Product Safety policies and procedures
• Have strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills, and be able to work independently and as a team member.
