Description:
Lead CRA is a position of responsibility within a project where the CRA may oversee 1 or more CRAs, perform Project Management tasks delegated to them and may also deputise for the Project Manager in their absence. As a high-profile role within the project, the LCRA must be able to interact confidently with the Sponsor, maintaining a professional image when working under time constraints, and act appropriately as a representative of the Company.
