The person will be responsible for Account Management in terms of relationship building and maintenance in order to create opportunities of repeat or new business for the department.
•Responsible for the recruitment of clinical research profiles for clients, such as Clinical Research Associates, Project Assistants, Project Managers, etc., as part of the outsourcing services of the company;
•Maintain regular contacts with existing pharmaceutical clients at all times; perform product presentations, candidate presentations; follow-up on interviews; calculate and negotiate prices; evaluate outsourced employees;
•Prospect the market for new clients & requests;
•Optimising relationships with clients and maintaining the relationship during the service delivery.
•Perform in-depth interviews with candidates;
•Ensure an optimal follow up of employees through coaching meetings, appraisal meetings and daily follow up;
•Together with the employee plan career paths, define trainings needs;
•Administrative tasks: employment contracts and amendments, mileage forms, expense reports, etc.
•Ensuring correct and timely invoicing of delivered services.
Skills and Qualifications:
•Master or bachelor degree,
•Experience in customer contacts or sales of services,
•Experience in pharma or a CRO company is a strong plus,
•Fluent in English and Spanish,
•Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills,
•Diplomatic, organised.
