Senior Clinical Team Manager, Home Based (SC, LA,
Homebased Reports to Wilm, NC
Requirements
The Senior Clinical Team Manager (SCTM) is accountable for achieving the final clinical deliverable (usually clean data from valuable patients as specified in the study protocol) within the time period specified in the contract with the Customer. Also responsible for the line management, selection, training, coaching, and performance management of clinical personnel assigned to their team.
The SCTM is responsible for the co-ordination and management of all Clinical Research Associates, within their designated project(s). The SCTM may be expected to take on additional responsibilities, e.g. process improvements as well as manage more complex programs and full management responsibilities for clinical only studies.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
.Bachelor’s degree or licensed certified health care training
.Or equivalent combination of education and experience
.Minimum of 2 years clinical monitoring experience and a minimum of 2 years management experience
.Or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the individual with the required knowledge, skills, and abilities

.Extensive monitoring experience
.Excellent judgment and decision making skills

.Ability to prioritize workload of team members
.Strong attention to detail
.Expert knowledge of all ICH and FDA guidelines (and corporate SOPs/WPDs - internal candidates)
.Computer skills
.Ability to independently manage clinical only studies
.Able to communicate in English , both orally and in writing
.Valid driver’s license
.Ability to travel
