Our client is a global pharmaceutical company based in Buckinghamshire looking for a candidate to join their Finance and Contracts department, initially on a contract basis. Role Summary:
To ensure the appropriate use of various contractual agreements and tools to provide a timely and informed service that makes sure that vendor contracts are in place before the start of any contracted work.
Role Description:
- Preparing and executing Secondment Master Agreements and individual contractor exhibits.
- Assisting with the dispute management process.
- Ensuring the update of template agreements where inconsistencies or errors are identified
- Ensuring maintenance of the contract tracking system.
- Making sure all outsourced work has ongoing evaluation of service level.
Requirements:
- Experience with in a CRO employed within contract negotiation and/or Business Development Manager
- Business Qualification or paralegal experience
- Life Sciences Degree and/or Clinical Research Experience
