A challenging position for a Clinical Project Director to work for a dynamic clinical research organisation in Switzerland. Our client is a CRO with services ranging from full clinical trials management services through to product registration support.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES include:
Reporting directly to the Head Clinical Operations Europe
Implementing given strategies for the management of national and international clinical programs within given timelines and budgets
Leading and coordinating of several clinical project teams
Responsible for successful conduct and completion of programs (quality, budget and timelines) according company guidelines and sponsors requirements
The professional management of client relationships and main contact with potential sponsors
Extensive business development activities

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
University degree in life sciences (e.g. Biology, Pharmacy, Medicine,
Nursing) or excellent experience in Clinical Research
Project Manager experience with international multicenter clinical trials

PERSONAL SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:
Proven project management skills (meeting project deadlines and deliverables within budget whilst maintaining quality standards, plus people management)
Excellent communication, organizational, leadership, interpersonal, negotiation skills and ability for problem solving
Strong financial and business development skills
Knowledge of ICH/GCP and FDA practice
Knowledge of European Regulatory Authority and Ethical Committee procedures
Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory; additional German or French language skills are desirable
Good user knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
