JOB SUMMARY
International Contract Research Organisation (CRO) with over 4000 employees globally requires a Director of Clinical Project Management to join their Clinical Development team, based in the UK. You will lead Clinical Research Project Management teams and Project Support staff.
ROLE
You will lead, support and mentor Project Managers and Project Directors who are managing multiple international clinical research projects across a range of therapeutic areas including Oncology, Cardiovascular, Respiratory and Central Nervous System (CNS).
You will also be responsible for developing and implementing project management processes that will enable the Project Management group to deliver projects more effectively.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Life Sciences Degree (Bachelors degree as a minimum, ideally higher qualification)
Clinical plan development
Management of clinical budgets, profit & loss,
