JOB SUMMARY
Major global tier one CRO are currently recruiting for a pivotal role to be based from their Paris office. You will be responsible for the success of assigned clinical projects globally as well as for building and maintaining an effective operational organisation within the France region. This is a role that would suit a senior manager with extensive experience in clinical project management and of managing teams of clinical research staff .
ROLE
A] Project Management
You will be accountable for the successful execution and delivery of assigned projects and for the allocation of staff on these projects.
B] Operational Management
You will be responsible for operational excellence within the French region. You will ensure that direct reports deliver against agreed budget, timeline, quality and customer satisfaction objectives. You will be the Country Manager and as such you will act as a main reference point for the French office.
C] Other Responsibilities
As Director you will take an active part in new business development. You will also have direct line-management responsibility for Clinical Project Managers. You should proactively involve yourself in relevant industry associations and promote the company externally.
Requirements
•Degree e educated
•Significant Clinical Project Management experience
•Significant experience of managing clinical research staff
•You are likely to be well known and regarded within the clinical research industry
•You will be able to demonstrate strong decision-making and high-level communication skills
