This is an excellent opportunity for a clinical research management professional with training experience to join a premier global CRO that is known as an international leader in the world of clinical research and currently experiencing rapid expansion throughout Europe. The company requires a Clinical Trainer in an office or field based role working from their Cambridgeshire office. The candidate must be available to travel internationally up to 25% of the time.
JOB ROLE: The Clinical Trainer will report to the Associate Director of Clinical Training with responsibility for the planning, development, delivery and tracking of training for all levels of new and existing Clinical Management staff within the EMEA region.
The Trainer will join a dynamic team working to support individual and team training development needs in order to ensure high quality and effective conduct of clinical trials. Current training programmes include: Clinical Foundation Programme, ICH GCP, Clinical Systems, EDC, Accompanied Field Visits and New Working Practices/SOPs.
PRINCIPAL REQUIREMENTS:
•Experience in the management of clinical research teams within a pharmaceutical or CRO organisation.
•Previous knowledge of delivering training.
•An enthusiastic team player, a logical and clear thinker with excellent communication skills.
•Travel up to 25% of the time (including some international travel) may be required.
