Senior Pharmacovigilance Scientist
Our client is currently looking for an experience Pharmacovigilance Associate to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in a friendly and team focussed environment. The company is working in some very interesting therapy areas and currently has a strong pipeline of products.
Duties:
Sets work priorities with input from Manager. Acts as a trainer and mentor for more junior pharmacovigilance staff.
Receives and reviews adverse event forms for completeness, recognizes discrepancies, enters data into pharmacovigilance database and obtains follow-up information.
Identifies methods to improve quality of safety data. Assists in the design and implementation of company SOPs to ensure completeness, correctness and consistency of safety data.
Ensures delivery of quality data outputs and periodic reports within defined timelines.
Performs document-tracking process for incoming documents, ICSR submission, investigator letter, and CCSI distribution.
Works closely with CROs, regarding information exchange and safety exchange agreements.
Recognizes potential or impending problems and works with manager to implement solutions.
Requirements:
3 years of relevant pharmacovigilance experience.
