Senior Account Manager \ Account Director

They are looking for an experience account handler looking to either take the step up into an Account Director role or hit the ground running, owning various exciting accounts on their medical education team. *Oversee the day-to-day management of client accounts to drive the business forward
*Effectively manage clients expectations and provide strategic counsel based on knowledge of their business and market
*Ensure work produced meets the objectives set to the highest standard and in a timely manner
*Identify opportunities for organic growth
*Take responsibility for direct line management, highlighting training and development needs to the HR team
*Take responsibility for the financial status of accounts and manage client billing, ensuring profitability
*Batchelor's Degree or higher, preferable in life sciences
*At least 3-4 years' experience in a medical communications agency
*Knowledge of the healthcare industry, particularly as regards to medical education
*Excellent interpersonal skills
*Aptitude for line management
*Excellent written and oral communication skills
