Due to continued growth, PPD is looking to further expand its team of industry-leading CRAs. You will perform and coordinate all aspects of the clinical monitoring and site management process in accordance with ICH, FDA guidelines and local regulations.

With your proven track record as a clinical monitor, you'll represent PPD in the global medical research community and develop and maintain collaborative relationships with investigational sites and client company personnel.
You'll also get the chance to assist our Project Managers or Clinical Team Managers on assigned projects and will take a lead role where required. Experienced CRAs support the line manager to mentor, train and contribute to the development of junior clinical team members.

L'Attaché de Recherche Clinique (ARC) effectue et coordonne tous les aspects du monitoring et du suivi des centres dans le respect des Bonnes Pratiques Cliniques (BPCs), de la règlementation en vigueur (française, européenne et FDA) et des procédures PPD.

Assure des visites régulières sur site, le contrôle de qualité des données dans le respect du protocole et en accord avec les ICH-BPC, de la règlementation française et de la FDA, et le cas échéant des procédures PPD. Réel ambassadeur PPD, alliant diplomatie et professionnalisme, vous établirez et maintiendrez un lien privilégié avec les investigateurs, les représentants des promoteurs et les équipes internes.
Assiste le chef de projet ou le chef d'équipe Clinique sur les projets avec possibilité de prendre un rôle de coordination le cas échéant. Peut être amené également à apporter son support au Line Manager dans le mentoring, la formation, le développement d'ARC plus junior. Déplacements fréquents 60 à 80% du temps

Education and Experience:
University degree in a science-related field or a certified health care professional
Considerable clinical research monitoring experience with a demonstrated high level of expertise in all aspects of clinical monitoring
Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken
Valid Driver's License where applicable
In some cases an equivalent combination of education, professional training, and experience that provides the required experience may be considered
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Expert clinical monitoring skills
Expert knowledge of FDA guidelines, GCPs and applicable Standard Operating Procedures
Skills to mentor and train other monitors in a positive and effective manner
Demonstrated ability to evaluate medical research data and proficient knowledge of medical terminology
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proven flexibility and adaptability

Formation et Experience:
Etudes scientifiques supérieures complétées par une formation d'ARC
Expérience significative en recherche clinique (environ 5 ans) dans tous les aspects du monitoring
Aisance en anglais et en français
Permis B valide
Selon les cas, nous étudierons toute candidature de personnes ayant acquis des compétences d'ARC en formation continue ou VAE
Connaissances, Compétences et Aptitudes Professionnelles:
Compétences démontrées en monitoring
Très bonnes connaissances de la règlementation américaine (FDA), des BPCs et des procédures opératoires standards
Aptitudes à mentorer et à former d'autres ARCs de manière positive et efficace
Capacité à évaluer des données médicales et bonne connaissance de la terminologie médicale
Excellente communication orale et écrite
Excellentes capacités d'organisation et de gestion du temps
Réelle capacité d'adaptation et de flexibilité
