Requirements:
(include but not limited to)
- Life science degree
- Minimum 3 years monitoring experience
- IMP Trial experience
- rare disease experience
- Current knowledge of ICH GCP
- Fluent English
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to drive

Responsibilities:
(Include but not limited to)
- May act as lead CRA assisting a Project Manager (PM)
- May act as lead CRA or as a PM of national studies
- Ensure clinical trials are monitored keeping the subjects safety and well-being in mind
- Ensure the clinical trial data is reliable
- SSU activities – regs and submissions
- Act as a member of the project team to ensure efficient management of trials
- Assist PMs with preparation of protocols
- Negotiates investigator budgets and assist with the execution of site contracts along with the legal department
- Oversee all aspects of the study site management to ensure high quality data
- Perform pre study visits
- Perform site initiation visits
- Conduct feasibility work
- Assist in business development
- Develop SOPs when required
- Mentoring responsibilities, training and developing less experienced CRA’s via shadow or co-monitoring visits
- Management of other CRAs
