CRA/SCRA - Early Phase

Here at inVentiv Health Clinical we are recruiting for a Clinical Research Associate/Senior Clinical Research Associate to be based with one of our global pharmaceutical clients. You will be full embedded in the clients early development team where there are opportunities to take on lead responsibilities. This role is home based but with the expectation to visit the office 1-2 days per week which really helps towards the great team spirit.
The CRA/SCRA will monitor national sites, with most based in the London area. You will work across Clinical Pharmacology, Vaccines & Oncology and take ownership of your assigned studies within phases I/IIa from feasibility to close-out. You will likely be responsible for 2-4 protocols and your studies will be a mix of healthy volunteers and patients.
You will receive managerial guidance and support at all times from both the sponsor and inVentiv Health's Operations team.
The ideal candidate will need the following experience / skills to be considered:
Strong previous CRA experience gained in the UK.
Strong exposure to a number of different therapy area & Phase I / II experience is preferred (but not essential for strong monitors).
You will need to be enthusiastic, self-motivated and a team player who is well organised with good communication and interpersonal skills.
