CTA/ Clinical Trial Assistant

Our global Pharma client is looking for Clinical Trial Assistant to join their Trial Management team working from their offices in Kiev. The main focus of this role is supporting the Site Manager and Clinical Team to ensure optimal management of all documents with logistical and administrative tasks related to trial start-up, execution and closing of clinical trials.
Further responsibilities will include:
Supporting the local study team
Maintaining site level protocol information in Trial Management Systems (e.g. CTMS)
Working with investigational site staff to ensure accurate/complete regulatory documents are in place to expedite IEC/IRB or Health Authority (if applicable) approval process.
Distributing, collecting, reviewing, tracking and archiving documents, agreements and training documentation.
The ability to work in different teams
English language proficiency
MS Excel proficiency
You must also be open to do administrative work (e.g. filing, review and create trackers) and system updates etc and it's essential that you hold a Ukranian passport or a valid visa to work in Ukraine.
The position is offered through a permanent contract of employment with inVentiv Health Clinical, including full benefits.
