Veeva / Zinc Specialist Medical Communications

Summary / Heading
A leading global MedComms agency is looking for a Veeva/Zinc Specialist to support their accounts teams with the use of their publication planning database systems.

You will be utilising your knowledge of Veeva and/or Zinc gained from a previous role to maintain all system documentation and ensure working practices are followed and projects are completed to the expected standard. You will have strong organisational and time management skills as well as excellent verbal and written communication to work with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, with a proven ability to troubleshoot and work calmly through project/system issues.

Salary (If applicable)
22k-25k per annum (dependent on level)

Role / Description
Main Job Responsibilities:
Supporting account teams with Veeva and/or Zinc submissions.
Troubleshooting issues with Veeva/Zinc submissions.
Ensuring client SOPs are followed.

Candidate Requirements:
BSc qualification (ideally)
In-depth knowledge of Veeva and/or Zinc.
Advanced IT skills (including Word and database management)
Experience of working well under pressure.
High level of organisation and time-management.
Pro-active and enthusiastic.
