We have an exciting opportunity available as an Engagement Manager at an industry leading Clinical Research Organisation CRO. This is a fantastic role for a commercially minded individual who wants to progress their career into Medical Affairs.

Requirements
Commercial Strategy background for pharmaceutical brands ideally from a Consultancy
Atleast4 years’ experience in industry
Life science or business degree

Responsibilities
Guide and Lead team members
Develop business strategy through analysis of primary and secondary research
Working closely with clients to oversee the clients business goals, products and expectations. Communicate these goals with the team and oversee progress to completion.
Analyse the final research reports, presentations, etc. to ensure that the findings are in accordance to the client's business objectives
Research and keep abreast of the new and existing companies
Seek out potential clients by developing proposals and presenting them to potential clients
Actively build networks of clients by social media, attending seminars and conferences or referrals
