ST- Mentor CSO

We have an exciting and unique opportunity for an experienced senior candidate to join a breakthrough biotechnology company as a part-time CSO (or similar) position. This is a fantastic chance for someone who is looking for an enjoyable and rewarding challenge to put the icing on a successful career in the Biotechnology sector.
The company in particular is a small, dynamic and growing biotech who are looking for mentorship for their Senior Scientists/ Team leaders. Due to company growth the company is looking to add a CSO in a leadership capacity without necessarily the investor relations and Project management component of a typical full-time CSO role. The company is open-minded and could easily see someone in their 60’s+ looking to conclude their career, someone looking to combine looking after a family with an exciting role in biotech or anyone else who is keen and passionate! Call me and have a chat about it!

Requirements
High level scientific knowledge and experience in two (or more) of the following fields. Molecular Biology, Peptide Chemistry and/or Display Chemistry
Experience in a “Start-up” Biotech atmosphere
Mentor personality, the ability to influence instead of instruct / order
Someone who is happy to develop everyone below them and see the potential of future CSOs etc.
