We have a hugely exciting opportunity exclusively available as a Head of Microbial Production at a fresh and novel biopharmaceutical manufacturing facility based in Poland. This is a fantastic chance for an experienced microbial upstream specialist to move into a dynamic and challenging position where you can have a real impact into the development of the organisation.

Requirements
Microbial manufacture / production experience
Strong knowledge and experience of GMP
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Biologics manufacture (ideally more)
Previous line management experience
Experience of starting a lab from scratch would be ideal but not required


Responsibilities
Management and leadership of a team of 18, with two team leaders/ coordinators reporting to you.
Grow the very new facility and educate others on GMP
