An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to join a growing pharmaceutical company based in Paris. Within this role you will propose, develop, prepare and lead the implementation of marketing and sales strategy and tactics; lead, organise, coordinate and monitor marketing and sales activities and the work of marketing and sales employees, thus realise plans in an economical way and with optimal efficiency.
Tasks and duties:
*Preparing sales and marketing plans
*Managing field force and managers on the national level
*Developing good relationships with key accounts, pharmacies, buying groups
*Propose and develop effective marketing and sales strategies and tactics and assuring their implementation into field force sales
*Suggesting specific marketing approaches and activities and their operative performance in top key clients on the market
*Preparing and implementing sales and marketing budget, forecast, different analysis, and report
*Monitor activities, costs, budget and reporting to HQ and Director of company
*Responsible for marketing of pharmaceutical Rx program in the French market
*To develop sales of the clients Rx program within the French market
*To ensure sales of products on French market
*To promote and sell products through pharmacies, distributors, buying groups, pharmacy chains with help of field force and product manager.
*We are looking for a candidate who currently holds position of Marketing and Sales Manager or Sales Manager or Deputy (and has lots of potential for fast development) in the generic pharmaceutical business
*Strong sales person, successful at work, with good level of knowledge of sales in pharmaceutical business, knowledge and skills in guiding a moderate team of marketing and sales force (40 people currently)
*Must have very well developed marketing and commercial skills and needs to have a good social networking with targeted groups of clients.
*Pharmacy, Chemistry, Economics, Business or other equivalent university education
*Previous experience in marketing and sales management from pharmaceutical business with focus on pharmacies, buying groups, distributors
*Good knowledge of sales activities in pharmacy business in regards to generics
*Able to form good relationship networks with key accounts, pharmacies, distributors
*Able to manage, motivate and supervise sales force very well with support of DMs and HDM
*Able to working closely with head quarters
*Active knowledge of English and French language
