Clintec have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Study Leader (Project Manager) to join our growing team in Poland, working from our sponsor’s unique and impressive office in Warsaw on a full time and permanent basis.

THE ROLE:

As a Clinical Project Manager / Study Leader you will lead and guide a cross-functional study team to ensure studies are delivered successfully by meeting agreed timelines, budgets and quality standards. You will develop study plans and oversee study performance against these plans, milestones and KPIs – communicating any risks alongside proposed mitigations. The Clinical Project Manager is responsible for study budget forecasting and management, ensuring studies are always audit ready and providing regular feedback on individual performance of study team members. You’ll also have input in to the development of study related documents such as ICFs and Clinical Study Agreements, identify and report on quality issues relating to the study and oversee TMF completion.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

To be successful in the role of Clinical Project Manager / Study Leader we are looking for candidates with:

Strong and relevant Clinical Project Management experience from the pharmaceutical industry
Ideally, regional project management experience and regional vendor management experience
Extensive knowledge of clinical research regulatory requirements and demonstrated abilities in clinical study management processes and clinical/drug development
University Degree (ideally master’s level or higher), preferably in a medical/scientific discipline
Fluency in English (spoken, reading and writing)
Ideally, experience working in all areas of a clinical study lifecycle
Strong, demonstrated experience in team leadership
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders at various levels
Knowledge of project management tools, proficiency in Microsoft Project is desirable
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competition priorities
