We have an excellent career opportunity for a Glasgow based Contracts & Proposals Associate who strives for excellence to join our team on a full-time and permanent basis.
The Costings and Proposals Associate will play a key role in securing future projects, working closely with our global Business Development Team, Senior Clinical Operations’ Team and Senior Management in the coordination and preparation of client proposals.
The Costings and Proposals Associate will report directly to the Contracts and Proposals’ Manager and manage multiple proposals. The main responsibilities of this role will be the preparation of responses to clients’ requests for information (RFIs) and requests for proposal (RFPs), involving the preparation of clinical study budgets and accompanying proposal document.
Take ownership of the RFP process
Review the clinical trial specifications and timelines for completeness
Ensure distribution of proposal documents to the operational and service lines
Liaise with internal departments, including Feasibility, Clinical Operations and Regulatory Affairs to coordinate the study strategy and obtain operational input to the proposal
Build the proposed study budget in Microsoft Excel
Obtain quotes from third party vendors
