We have an excellent career opportunity for a determined and motivated UK based Contracts & Proposals Manager who strives for excellence to join our team on a full-time and permanent basis.

Role Description

Responsible for overseeing the successful completion and submission of all proposals and contracts by effectively managing the Contracts and Proposals processes, ensuring consistently high standards are achieved in documentation and negotiations while working to strict operational deadlines. Acting as the main point of contact for the client regarding contract questions and issues.

Responsibilities:

Lead, manage and develop the Contracts and Proposals function
Oversee and contribute to the creation and review of comprehensive proposal documents for potential clinical projects
Create and review budget, ensure consistency and competitiveness of budgets
Manage any changes to project change of scope, amendments, additional negotiations
Take responsibility for final approval of costings, proposals and contracts
